About the role

Join UpCloud to build the core European cloud platform serving 10,000+ customers. Backend is Perl and Go; frontend uses React, TypeScript and Next.js. You'll work on the compute stack (VM, CPU, GPU provisioning) and internal integrations. Ideal candidates bring virtualization, Linux server and large-scale infrastructure experience plus modern API development. Fully remote within the EU, Helsinki office optional. Responsibilities

Develop core provisioning components across the cloud stack, focusing on compute (VM provisioning, CPU, GPU)
Collaborate with an experienced team on computation and storage software
Improve internal integrations and coordinate with other development teams
